About the Space

TXi Studio offers you the opportunity to shoot film, video, and still photography in a dedicated, professional space designed to meet your requirements. Our flexible studio can be rented by the hour or day with options for equipment rentals or crew hires.

The studio can accommodate a wide variety of shoots, including interviews, photo shoots, and film production. The studio has backdrop and key lighting equipment, ladder, stepstool, a white cyclorama, black curtain backdrop, and a greenscreen cyclorama all available for use with your studio rental.

Additional crew or gear needs can be accommodated with 3 business days of notice. Gear rental can include cameras, lenses, camera accessories, light stands, c-stands, tripods, sandbags, tables and chairs, wardrobe rack/stands (for clothing), steamer/ironing board, and more upon request.

The studio is wheelchair accessible via elevator and has parking spaces available.

Our location in the center of San Antonio provides easy access from many parts of town. The building has ample parking, and our loading zone is conveniently located for deliveries. Our space includes 6 regular elevators & 1 service elevator. Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

The Fine Print

  • All bookings must begin and end at the accepted booking time, inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

  • Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Decorations cannot cover emergency signs, fire lanes or exits, or be posted in elevators or stairwells and must be constructed of non-flammable materials. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with TXI Studios.

  • Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Furniture and decorations may be moved.

  • Production insurance is not required

    No glitter or confetti can be used.

    There is no open flame or frying allowed.

    Smoke machines are allowed.

    All ages are allowed in the space.

    No nudity allowed.

  • Set Up and Clean Up - The guest shall be responsible for removing all decorations, material, equipment and debris and for repairing any damage to the space arising out of the Social Event. Prior to the end of the time scheduled for the booking, the guest shall inspect the space to confirm their compliance with the Social Event Policy. Failure to do so may result in liability for alleged damage claims. *Garbage/Recycling/Organics Disposal - Garbage, recycling and organic waste are to be placed inside the designated and appropriate garbage, recycling and organic waste containers. Guests must ensure that the garbage is placed in plastic bags and securely tied before placing it in the trash bins, must break down any boxes and rinse out recyclable containers prior to placing them in recycling bins and must ensure that any organic waste is separated as required by applicable law. If trash will not fit inside the designated containers, it shall be the Guest’s responsibility to properly dispose of such excess trash. Any trash left behind that will not fit in the available containers may result in additional charges to the guest. No volatile or highly inflammable materials shall be deposited in the chutes, trash rooms, or trash containers.

  • If alcohol is to be served, this must be disclosed in the booking request, and the guest requesting the booking must be 21 years of age or older for bookings made in the United States. By submitting a booking request for a Social Event where alcohol is to be served, guests shall be deemed to have acknowledged, represented, and affirmed that they are of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction in which the Social Event takes place. Guests agree that serving of alcohol is in compliance with the appropriate governmental liquor authority.

  • No smoking, vaping or drug use. Guests acknowledge that they may be liable for fines and/or fees for damages as a result of any such violation, including fees or fines imposed by Hosts, which costs shall be deemed an Additional Fee
